Short Description
The position holder is the representative of the serial quality in projects and ensures preventive quality actions before the start of serial production.
Job Responsibility
- Collaboration in simultaneous engineering teams to ensure preventive quality measures
- Sub project leader for all quality issues in dedicated projects
- Defining the quality concept under consideration of all requirements and the results of the risk analysis
- Ensuring compliance with agreed customer requirements within projects
- Organizing activities related to quality assurance in the prototype/pre-serial phase within dedicated projects
- Participation in risk analysis in dedicated projects and definition of action plans
- Plan and determine process releases and process audits in the pre-serial phase, including activities regarding safe launch procedures if required
- Plan and determine of testing and measuring equipments and support MSA within dedicated projects
- Coordination and ensuring of standardized documents at pre-serial phase (CP, Flow chart, etc)
- Agree and determine the scope of PPAP with customers within dediacted projects
- Application of quality, environmental and safety standards to meet the requirements of the Integrated Management System
- Cooperation on the Lessons Learned process
- Stop production at the pre-serial phase in case of risk to the customer or and MD
Qualification & Work Experience
Hard Skills
- Automotive Core Tools experience
- Knowledge and interpretation of technical drawings and internal and external standards
- IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001
- SAP Knowledge
- QM specific software and Tools
- MS Office knowledge
- English language skills (writing, understanding, speaking) in relation to the individual role
