Short Description
Creation and deadline tracking of purchase orders.
Job Responsibility
- Monitoring of raw material stock values with initiation of necessary measures
- Monitoring of minimum order quantities and stock ranges and initiating or following up measures with the internal interfaces
- Trigger and adjust purchase orders
- Delivery date tracking, rescheduling and monitoring
- Process delivery reminders and order confirmations
- Initiation and coordination of special deliveries
- Cost allocation to suppliers
- Clarification of invoice differences
- Purchasing-side complaint processing
- Processing of requisitions
- Scrapping of RHB goods
Qualification & Work Experience

1 - 3 years of work experience in relevant area
