Short Description
Focuses on implementing and communicating HR policies effectively, providing valuable HR insights to leaders, and serving as a resource for employees and managers. Actively supports the Performance Management Process, maintains HR data integrity, and ensures employee compliance with policies and regulations.
Job Responsibility
- Maintains, develops, and implements HR policies, programs, and employee relations in order to meet the site goals
- Responsible for company culture promotion and internal communication (employer branding)
- Support in the organization of employee events
- Support different HR projects with data analysis, reports, and administration
- Manage the benefit programs (contracts, timelines, budgets) and collaborate with HR administration on that
- Support the production area with HR-related topics, e.g., transportation, sick leave monitoring, etc.
- Work with company policies and processes, country-specific legislation and compliance, and implement them according to site needs
- Maintain the integrated quality system in the field of HR and apply all legal requirements
- Support the HR BP in the yearly Performance Management Process (PMP) and collaborate with the local HR team
- Work collaboratively with leaders throughout the business, assisting them in understanding HR programs and initiatives
- Act as a resource and advisor to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee benefits, etc.
Qualification & Work Experience
Hard Skills
- English language skills (writing, understanding, speaking) in relation to the individual role
- Experience with the life cycle management of employees and the corresponding HR core processes (ProcessMap), standards and documents in relation to the individual job role
- HR software expertise in line with the individual job role (various SuccessFactors modules and SAP HCM as well as HR QlikView, HR Org.Manager, HR Recruitng App and other HR systems)
- Expertise in data analysis (HR master data) and preparation of management reporting (HR QV, HR reporting, FiRe)
- Ability to consult and execute in one or more of the various core HR topics (organisational development, change management and employee relations (BP), recruitment, talent acquisition, leadership, development, C&B, performance management, etc.) administration, payroll,...)
- Excel skills in working with large tables (pivot tables and more complex formulas)
- Ability to prepare, compare and present complex data in a management-friendly manner (especially PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of labour, legal, social security and pension law as well as union relations with regard to the individual job role
