Your tasks
- Optimization and further development of internal company HCM-SF processes
- Responsible for SAP HCM modules: PA, PT, PY, OM, Fiori, and travel expenses
- Responsible for SAP SF modules: EC, PMGM, LMS, REC, ONB
- Design and implementation of efficient solutions in the HR IT landscape
- Project Lead in SAP projects
- 2nd and 3rd level support and documentation tasks in the SAP HCM/SF context, as well as supporting SAP key users
Your profile
- A completed degree (Bachelor's or comparable) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in in HCM and with SuccessFactors in the SAP environment
- Ideally solid knowledge of HR processes
- Strong communication skills in English as well as experience in project management
- Proactive work approach and team spirit
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
