Short Description

The Key Account Manager is the central interface to the customer and mainly responsible for acquisitions and customer relationship

Job Responsibility

  • Central interface to the customer and representative of the customer specific concerns and interests within MD, e.g. in projects;项目中对接中了解客户的关注要点和利益
  • Responsibility for all sales activities to the customer, incl. leading of acquisition projects, preparation of calculations and quotations, contract review, capacity and manufacturability check and quotation tracking;对客户的所有销售活动负责,包括采购项目的领导、计算和报价的准备、合同审查、产能和可制造性检查以及报价跟踪
  • Responsibility for the maintenance and development of the business with the customer and observation of the competition;负责维护和发展与客户的业务,并观察竞争情况
  • Collection of customer-related data for sales plannings. Focus of the planning data is turnover, volumes, customer vehicle planning and project plannings;为销售计划收集与客户相关的数据。规划数据的重点是营业额、数量、客户车辆规划和项目规划

Qualification & Work Experience

Bachelor's degree
3 - 5 years of work experience
