岗位简介
The position holder is defining and informing about the strategic direction. He sets motivating goals that result in the further development and strengthening of the SCM team.
确定并告知战略方向。设定团队激励目标，进一步发展和强化应链管理团队。
岗位职责
- Definition of the strategic direction of supply chain management according to Corporate Strategy 根据企业战略确定供应链管理的战略方向
- Use of synergies to increase efficiency, realisation of saving potentials and increase of information flow; permanent optimisation of organisational processes and information systems 利用协同效应提高效率、实现降本潜能并增加信息流；持续优化组织流程和相关系统。
- Defining and Monitoring of KPI's 定义团队的KPI并确认达成情况
- Creation and further development of management reports 建立并优化相关管理报告
- Leading, motivating and developing different, larger teams 培训、领导和激励下属，实现部门年度指标
- Regular exchange and reporting to HQ to ensure process conformity, initiate improvements and address risks at an early stage 定期与总部沟通并汇报，以确保流程一致性，在早期阶段优化改进并解决风险
- Budget planning for both cost centres and investments 规划成本中心和投资的预算
任职资格
Bachelor's degree
> 10 years of work experience

- Logistics Knowledge (Warehousing, Transport & Customs)
