Manager Quality Management 

Short Description

Planning, coordination, leading and control the local Quality Operations organisation.

Job Responsibility

• Disciplinary and professional management of subordinate employees (f/m/x)
• Budget /investment  planning and controlling for the area of responsibility
• Definition, controlling and monitoring of KPIs for the area of responsibility and regular reporting to the Management
• Participation as part of the management team in strategic development concepts for the future orientation of the company
• Continuity and strategic development of a global, efficient and effective Integrated Management systems with regard to the company goals and under consideration of the requirements of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001,ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 17025 an MD global standard
• Continuity and strategic development of a global, efficient and effective Quality Operations with regard to the company goals and under consideration of the requirements of IATF 16949, ISO 14001,ISO 45001 and MD global standards.
• Planning and monitoring of process and product audits, Layer Process Audits (LPAs) and Requalification
• Implementation of a local efficient and effective Quality Operations structure according global standards
• Implementation, continuity and strategic development of a product integrity management, analogous to the scope of apppointment
• Active support of lessons learned and implemantaion of the tasks local and/ or global.
• Responsible for the compliance with the requirements in accordance with Integrated Management System (IMS)
• Development, implementation and execution of local training concepts to support the quality mind set at MD Elektronik 
• Internal and external representation of the responsible departments in the global environment of the MD Group.
