• To set-up, coordinate and supervise the production lines.配置、协调和监督生产线
• To plan and allocate resources as necessary根据需要计划和分配资源
• To plan, control, coordinate production to ensure achievement of targets 计划、控制、协调生产保证目标的实现
• To plan Investment for all manufacturing equipment to match customer order 计划所有制造设备的投资以满足客户订单要求
• To manage,lead, motivate and train employees 管理、领导、激发和培训员工，建立与企业文化相符的部门文化
• To define yearly department’s targets, index and solution with Plant Manager, ensure their compliance and report figures 
  与厂长一起制定部门年度目标、指标和方案，保证符合性
• Identification of environmental factors that influence or affect the environment, and identify factors that may have a significant impact on the environment (i.e., an important environmental factor)识别本部门能够控制或能够施加影响的环境因素，并确定对环境具有、或可能具有重大影响的因素（即重要环境因素）
• Determine the environmental objectives of the Department and confirm the situation.确定本部门年度环境目标并确认达成情况
• To ensure that the relevant parties to the relevant parties shall perform their environmental and security obligations and will be reflected in the service agreement, agreement or contract. 确保本部门相关方应履行环境和安全义务，并将相应要求体现在服务协议、约定或合同中
• To handle and coordinate in case of emergency 处理和协调紧急情况
• Support other practices and events as assigned by direct manager/支持其他部门同事工作以及领导交办的其他事情

岗位要求

1. 本科及以上
2. 5年以上生产相关经验

技能要求

1. 熟悉生产现场管理
2. 熟悉设备、工艺相关技术
3. 能协调生产计划，合理安排生产目标达成
4. 有团队人员建设、培训、激励的经验
5. 熟练使用office办公软件
6. 英语熟练使用
