岗位简介
Development of manufacturing processes for injection molding technology in cable assembly or stamping technology
负责电缆组件或冲压技术中注塑成型技术的制造工艺开发。
岗位职责
- 负责塑料件产品注塑生产工艺制定及优化，有效解决生产中的质量问题
- 制定注塑机、模具的定期保养、维修计划，保证设备的正常运行
- 对生产注塑设备技术支持
- 负责新模具设计（供应商技术评审），试模及效果跟进
- 负责新产品导入时，注塑设备及相关其他配套、模具等的选型和导入
- 负责注塑技术人员的培训工作
- Collaboration in manufacturability and processability testing (within the scope of a project)
- Setting up new production lines, planning and procurement of equipment and personnel within the scope of a project (automation)
- Creation and adaptation of work instructions (process)
- Supervision of the production of all sites with increase of productivity including CIP
- Performing failure analysis and quality assurance
- Carrying out research and development within the scope of the projects
- Collaboration and creation of FMEA`s, complaint handling and requirement specifications
- Calculation of new projects
- Supervision of new employees, students, technicians and trainees

Bachelor's degree
1 - 3 years of work experience
