Job Responsibility
- Plans and organizes the activities of production departments and processes so that production orders are fulfilled.
- Ensures production in the required assortment, quantity and quality (in accordance with valid documentation and organizational regulations).
- Completes and verifies production documentation for orders.
- Responsible for the traceability, performance and effectiveness of key metrics related to his/her responsibilities.
- Cooperation with headquarter
- SAP Key user module PP, support of all production departments, education
- Evidence and updating of possible production capacities
- Planning of additional production capacities with regard on new products and chances
- Cooperation with headquarter in connection with production changes, new projects, management of global production capacities
- Article transfers (in cooperation with Production Documentation team lead)
Qualification and skills
- Education or qualification in a relevant field
- Previous experience in a similar position - at least 3 years
- Advanced skills working with ERP software (SAP is advantage)
- Very good MS Office software skills
- Strong controlling skills (planning, analyzing, reporting)
- Fluent English
- Effective communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
