As Production Manager at MD ELEKTRONIK in Vratsa, you are responsible for the strategic and operational performance of our production area, including shop floor discipline. You lead with clarity, ensure stability, and drive efficiency across departments. With your experience in international manufacturing environments, you make an impact on quality, cost, and team development — every day.
Your Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, environmental, and company standards
- Drive strategies for higher efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Promote a culture of engagement, motivation, and integrity
- Foster positive and inclusive working conditions in line with MD’s values
Operational Management
- Lead the production, planning, and process departments
- Align capacity, workforce, and space planning with production needs
- Ensure on-time, high-quality production output that meets customer requirements
- Integrate new products, technologies, and projects into production processes
- Ensure proper use of machines, tools, workflows, and documentation
Performance Management
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, material efficiency, and machine utilization
- Monitor, report, and manage KPIs; define action plans for deviations
- Set, track, and review performance goals for direct reports
- Plan training measures and manage personnel resources across all production lines
Your Profile
- University degree and 8–10 years’ experience in production management
- Strong leadership background (2–4 years in a managerial role)
- Proven track record in international manufacturing in Bulgaria
- Automotive experience is a plus
- Fluent in English and Bulgarian
- Confident with MS Office, SAP, KPIs, and controlling tools
- Strong communicator, solution-oriented, hands-on
- Ethical, strategic, and people-focused mindset
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, engaging, and inspiring management style
