To support our growing operations at our site in Vratsa, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager Logistics to oversee and further develop all logistics processes, including Warehouse, Transport&Customs, Dispatch and Logistics Planning.

Job Responsibility

 

  • Lead and manage the entire logistics department, both professionally and disciplinary
  • Manage and take full responsibility for all warehouse operations, including inbound process, production supply and outbound shipments
  • Organize and optimize shipping and transportation processes (national and international)
  • Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of all customs-related procedures (import/export)
  • Contribute to strategic logistics planning and implement process improvements
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of physical inventory and stocktaking processes
  • Plan and manage the logistics budget, and drive cost optimization initiatives across all logistics functions
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, especially Production, Order Management and Quality

Your Profile

 

  • Degree in logistics, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Previous responsibility for warehouse operations
  • Proven leadership skills with a strong sense of teamwork and communication
  • Solid knowledge of customs and foreign trade regulations, as well as transport logistics
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and confident use of MS Office tools
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style with strong process awareness
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
