Logistics Specialist 

About this role

The position holder focuses on overseeing day to day activities in projects (internal or external) and optimization of logistics processes and their analysis. 

Job Responsibility

• Мonitors and implements the correct and timely processing of customer requests, according to their dispatch schedule
• Ensures the dispatch of goods from the warehouse according to customer orders.
  Groups goods according to customer requests. Determines the order of loading of goods. Prepares and completes related documentation.
• Manages the daily correspondence with nominated transport and freight forwarding service providers. Participates in the evaluation process of incoming bids for special transports and selects the appropriate supplier for each specific case. Participates in the selection process of the company's logistics partners.
• Prepares weekly and monthly analyses and reports of finished goods shipped and raw materials received.
• Responsible for the traceability, performance and effectiveness of key metrics associated with the direct responsibilities.
• Assists warehouse activities in receiving and storing finished goods and raw materials.
• Participates in periodic and annual inventories.
• Suggests and implements improvements related to the company's warehousing and logistics processes and activities.
• Participates in analyzing customer complaints and preparing claims to suppliers of goods and services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in a position related to material warehousing and logistics (preferably in the automotive industry)
• Knowledge in Logistics processes and equipment
• Knowledge in Logistics KPI and data analysis
• Knowledge in Material flow & layout planning
• MS Office 
• SAP (advantage)
• Fluent English
