As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you’ll work closely with our leadership team to drive all core HR processes within your assigned business units. You’ll be a key advisor in performance management, employee relations, and compliance matters, ensuring we align with both internal and global HR standards.

Job Responsibility

 

  • Ensure effective HR guidance for assigned unit(s) throughout the Performance Management Process (PMP)
  • Provide HR consultancy for assigned unit(s) across the employee lifecycle through close cooperation with all HR roles
  • Advise management on local employment laws in compliance with policies and local MD mandatory procedures
  • Ensure implementation of corporate HR processes, guidelines, and HR programs in daily collaboration with corporate HR from headquarters (e.g., MD programs and processes for recruiting, PMP, leadership, compensation and benefits, etc.)
  • Fulfill, monitor, report, and analyze KPIs and HR data on a regular basis to guide the organization and HR team on relevant measures
  • Prepare the Employee Survey together with Corporate HR from headquarters, inform managers and employees prior to the survey, guide the organization through the process, and evaluate results by department and topic afterwards. Guide managers in communicating the results and developing improvement plans

Your Profile

 

  • Several years of relevant experience in a comparable HR role
  • Solid knowledge of core HR processes and employee lifecycle management
  • Confident with HR systems (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors) and HR reporting tools
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and presentations
  • Sound understanding of labor law and experience with works councils and unions
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
