About this role
The position holder focuses on overseing day to day activities to manage the shipments to the customer and ensure with the supervisor that all shipments are prepared on time. The handling of special shipments/ premium freights is also a very important task in this position.
Job Responsibility
- Preparation of goods according to MD and customer requirements
- Preparation of delivery documents according to MD and customer requirements
- Material marking and labeling according to MD and customer requirements
- Handling of goods in the warehouse
- Operation of handling equipment, printing and scanning devices
- Unloading / loading of vehicles and trucks according to MD and customer requirements
- Monitoring of shipments status to ensure to send ASN to the customer on time
- Handling of special shipments
Qualification and skills
- 1 - 3 years relevant experience
- Knowledge in shipping process
- SAP Knowledge
- MS Office knowledge
- English at a working level
