Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for delivering great customer service and communication with the allocated customers
  • Monitors the correct implementation of customer contracts, taking measures in collaboration with customers in case of deviation
  • Tracks changes in customer order behavior, clarifies deviations in agreed quantities and delivery terms with the customers and works in collaboration with the wider team to minimize potential risks
  • Coordinates and monitors the fulfillment of customer orders from their receipt to the shipment of the finished products
  • Confirms and coordinates with Production Planning the manufacture of customer orders, setting the necessary priorities
  • Supports the Quality Management team in case of customer complaints
  • Assists Material Planning department with the creation of an action plan that mitigates the risk of a production line stop and delay in fulfillment of customer orders, in case of supply constraints for raw materials
  • Ensures accurate customer data entry in the company’s ERP system and supports with regular analysis and reporting
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful planning and execution of new projects and relocation initiatives
  • Responsible for customer development and growth
  • Monitors the product life cycle and stocks of finished goods, proposing measures to reduce potential obsolete stock

Qualification and skills

  • Relevant education and/or experience in the area of commercial trade
  • Proven experience in a similar position (preferably in the automotive industry)
  • Very good skills with MS Office software products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • SAP knowledge will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluent English
  • Strong communication skills and ability to priorities goals in a dynamic work environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with an orientation towards delivering results
  • Team player, showcasing initiative and willingness to learn
