Job Responsibility
- Reporting relevant KPIs including supplier evaluations by the customer
- Ensure the fulfillment of customer requirements and deadlines
- Manage and edit customer portals in the responsible areas
- Coordinate and support the complete processing of customer claims and the related tasks (e.g. 8D, customer communication)
- Application of quality, environmental and safety standards to meet the requirements of the Integrated Management System
- Forwarding information to relevant departments in case of non-compliance with customer requirements
- Cooperation on the Lessons Learned process
Qualification & Work Experience
Skills
- Automotive Core Tools knowledge
- Knowledge and interpretation of internal and external standards
- IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, VDA 6.3
- QM specific software and Tools
- MS Office
- SAP /preferably/
- Fluent English
