Customer Quality Engineer 

As a Customer Quality Engineer, you play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by monitoring quality KPIs, managing communication through customer portals, and coordinating the claims process. You serve as the key interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring compliance with quality standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Report relevant KPIs, including customer supplier evaluations
• Ensure fulfillment of customer requirements and defined deadlines
• Manage and maintain customer portals within your area of responsibility
• Coordinate and support the full process of customer claims, including 8D reports and direct communication
• Apply quality, environmental, and safety standards in accordance with the Integrated Management System (IMS)
• Forward non-compliance information to relevant departments for corrective action
• Contribute to the Lessons Learned process and drive continuous improvement
• Communicate and coordinate relevant tasks between several affected departments

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 1–3 years of experience in quality, customer relations, or the automotive industry
• Solid knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (e.g., 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa) and relevant internal/external quality standards and norms (IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, VDA 6.3)
• Understanding of customer-specific requirements in the automotive context (especially MD-specific)
• Proficient in SAP (especially 8D reporting), quality management tools, and MS Office
• Strong English skills and a proactive, responsible mindset
• Eagerness to grow personally and professionally, plus willingness to travel nationally and internationally
