Short Description

Ensures seamless production by planning and maintaining machinery, collaborating with foremen for efficiency, ensuring quality output, and driving continuous improvement. Manages inspections, maintenance, and records for optimal center performance.

Job Responsibility

• Planning and ensuring the adjustment of machines and technological equipment so that in production there is no interruption of work on the line due to unpreparedness (smooth continuity of individual orders)
• Planning and ensuring the prescribed inspection and maintenance of machinery and equipment in order to minimize disruption to the flow of production
• Cooperation in planning their activities and ensuring the operability of the machines and technological equipment of the center with the foreman
• Ensuring the quality of production influenced by the machines and technological equipment of the center
• Operational management of inspection, maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment at the center
• Improving machines, equipment and procedures used at the center
• Keeping prescribed records relating to its activities
• Ensures the necessary machine settings, according to technical documentation and regulatory requirements, to ensure continuous production process.
• Responsible for the correct use of the machines by the production operators
• Quickly and correctly replaces dies, castings, test modules and other tooling as production demands
• Collaborates with production area supervisors on ensuring functionality of machines and process equipment on the production line
• Completes production documentation correctly in the part where it is necessary
• Takes measurements as required by the given processes
• Informs the technician in charge of the shift in a timely manner if there are problems with the equipment in his section
• Keeps the location and status of equipment/instruments up to date in the ERP system
